July 2026 update!

We are set to start pressing apples in mid-August, and continue all the way through to mid-November.

We offer apple pressing services by appointment only, so please book in advance using our new booking system before you pick your apples. If you have any questions, please read our FAQs or contact us.

We have three types of apple pressing services, with a discounted price for customers pressing larger amounts of apples.

1. Pressing and pasteurising with new bottles and new caps – £2.30 per 750ml bottle for 50+ bottles, and £2.40 per 750ml bottle for 12-49 bottles.
2. Pressing and pasteurising re-using your cleaned and sterilised bottles, and using new caps – £1.70 per 750ml bottle for 50+ bottles, and £1.80 per 750ml bottle for 12-49 bottles.
3. Pressing for cider – using your own fermentation bins and cider-making equipment – £1.10 per litre for over 40 litres or £1.20 per litre for less than 40 litres. You can also freeze your apple juice if you decant into smaller plastic bottles once home.

We are also hiring!

We are offering full-time seasonal work, from mid-August to mid-November, working in the apple pressing room as part of a team. This work involves greeting customers, moving apples, washing apples, milling, pressing, bottling, capping, pasteurising, and moving bottles. We are based in a rural location, a 15 minute drive from Crediton. Shift work is available, and we offer £12.71 per hour.
